Welcome to Trize. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trize website and the AI workflow orchestration platform (collectively, the "Service") provided by Trize Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Trize provides an AI-powered platform that orchestrates workflows across various third-party applications and APIs using natural language processing through our AI assistant, Lana. The Service is designed to execute tasks autonomously based on the instructions you provide.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use Trize, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• API Keys and Tokens: You are responsible for the security of any third-party API keys, OAuth tokens, or credentials you connect to Trize.
• Accuracy of Inputs: The performance of Lana and the Service depends on the accuracy and clarity of your prompts.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Process highly sensitive personal data (e.g., PHI under HIPAA) unless explicitly supported by a separate agreement.
• Generate spam, malicious code, or engage in any activity that circumvents the security or API limits of connected third-party services.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service.

4. AI Features and Human Oversight

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence, which is probabilistic by nature. While we strive for high accuracy, AI outputs may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the AI will flawlessly execute every workflow or understand every prompt.
• Human Review: You acknowledge that you must review any critical actions or communications drafted by Lana before authorizing their execution.
• Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with actions taken by the Service on your behalf across third-party platforms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Trize connects to over 10,000 third-party APIs. Your use of these integrations is governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of any third-party service. If a third-party API changes or becomes unavailable, certain Trize workflows may fail.

6. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data, prompts, and content you input into the Service, as well as the specific workflow outputs generated for you.
• Our Technology: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the underlying algorithms, platform architecture, and branding.
• Model Training: We will not use your personal data or workflow inputs to train our foundational AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIZE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE AI ASSISTANT, LANA, ON YOUR BEHALF.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
